Employment Partnership This program is for Métis individuals who have the skills and accreditation for a job but lack the experience required to secure meaningful employment. Employers who plan to hire Métis workers permanently may receive a subsidy of up to 50% of the wages (excepting MERC) for a period of six months or less, while they facilitate practical on-the-job training to RLI clients.
Employment Supports This program supports Métis individuals who have confirmed employment but may not have the tools, work attire and/or safety certification required by the employer. The program provides funding to Métis individuals to successfully enter the labour market.
