Red Deer Hospice - Good Grief Support Group

This eight-week series offers information, strategies and reflection in a supportive environment on topics related to the grief experience.

This series is specifically designed for anyone who has experienced the death of someone important to them and who wants to learn how to manage this journey called grief. Grief services offered through Red Deer Hospice are one way we offer support to members of the community.

Program Information:

• Meetings are held once a week for two hours over an eight week period
• Meetings are facilitated by trained, compassionate and caring staff and/or volunteers
• This program offers a group setting for six to ten people to learn together, to receive and offer support, and to find success in coping with their grief
• Held at the Red Deer Hospice
• By donation
