About this service
The Outreach Centre and United Way of Central Alberta present Tools for School, a program to collect and distribute school supplies for families across Central Alberta who have children in Kindergarten to Grade 12, who otherwise could not afford their own materials.
Outreach Workers can assist with:
- assessing and identification of immediate needs through our intake process
- supporting individuals and families in identifying their needs/concerns
- accessing support services related to individual needs
- supporting those experiencing or affected by domestic abuse/violence
- legal support
- crisis intervention
- addressing and identifying financial concerns
- connecting individuals to resources within their community
