About this service

This program assists vulnerable Albertans with complex needs, who may be dealing with challenges such as:

  • physical and/or mental health issues
  • additions
  • chronic or episodic homelessness
  • low financial literacy
  • low workplace essential skills

Program Information This is a 12 month program where individuals are provided the support, tools and referrals required to build financial management skills, address complex needs, and gain housing stability. The goal of the program is to support the clients achievement of safe, realistic and reasonable goals through a case management approach. The goal of case management is to empower people, draw on their own strengths and capabilities, and promote an improved quality of life by facilitating timely access to the necessary supports and thus reduce the risk of homelessness and/or help them achieve housing stability.
