About this service
Our primary focus for the program is the Christmas season. With your generosity, families whose lives are affected by poverty, domestic violence, and unfortunate circumstances can enjoy the true spirit of the holiday season. Every year, we provide sponsors with guidelines and family information. Each family participating during the Christmas season completes an application form with information about the number of people in the family, the childrens ages and favourites (e.g colours, music, authors, games and toys) to ensure that gifts will be useful and cherished.
There are times when the stress of lifes circumstances becomes overwhelming. The Adopt A Family program provides assistance throughout the year to families who are in need of extra support with food, clothing or other ancillary expenses. Through support from corporate and individual sponsors we are able to provide some relief from financial and emotional strain.
