About this service
Building Incredible Babies is a home visitation program helping pregnant moms to experience a healthy pregnancy and deliver a healthy weight baby. Our trained outreach workers visit expecting mothers in their own homes to provide pregnancy and infant care information. We also provide life skills coaching and financial literacy information. When needed a grocery gift card is provided to supplement their food budget. This program welcomes teen and young adult women.
