About this service
Crisis counselling provides support to those individuals having an immediate mental health crisis. This service is a collaborative process designed to assist individuals in assessing need and risk, feeling a sense of empowerment by drawing on internal strengths, and identifying opportunities for additional support.
Upon arrival, there will be a short intake form to complete in order for the counsellor to establish best how to serve the individual.
Crisis Counsellor Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm, last appointment at 2 pm, closed daily from 12 pm - 1 pm.
There is no charge for the session and no referral is needed. Duration of the session is between 60 to 90 minutes.
Please note there may be a wait to see the Crisis Counsellor.
