About this service
Using a Housing First, Harm Reduction philosophy, CMHA staff provide 24/7 wraparound support to individuals with a history of homelessness and other significant challenges related to addictions, mental health and/or brain injury so they can move directly off the street into permanent, supported housing.
How to Access the Program
If you are homeless and looking for housing, we can connect you to a Coordinated Entry Team. They will meet with you and ask you some questions to help determine what you need and want. Then they will forward your information to a team of housing programs who decide which program is the best fit. It may be with CMHA, or it may be with another organization. If all the programs are full, you will be put on a wait list.
