- Document preparation
- Negotiations/Advocacy
- Full representation, including in Court
Referral to the Legal Services Program does not guarantee that you will receive additional help. Any additional help is based on client need and the caseload of the Staff Lawyer. You will be required to submit additional information, including verification of income, to qualify for this program. If you feel you need additional help, ask the volunteer lawyer to refer you to the Staff Lawyer.
