About this service

This FREE Youth Employment Services program provides individuals with a variety of vital job search services and supports to help individuals find the work they want. If you are living in Central Alberta, and not currently attending a high school program, we can help with the following:

  • Self-help bay at our office, which includes access to an employment specialist, job advertisements, computer access, phone access, etc.
  • Individual one-on-one supports to develop a resume, interview preparation assistance, career planning, online job applications, etc.
  • Monthly employer presentations and connections
  • Quarterly job fairs targeted towards employers hiring for individuals within the youth demographic

Our various job search support programs have allowed between 70-95% of our clients who successfully complete them to secure full-time paid employment.

Individuals between 18 - 25 years old in Central Alberta

Career Assistance Network - Youth Employment Services is open Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-4:15pm, Friday: 8:30am-2:45pm.
