About this service
CAIWA began offering a Collective Kitchen Program in Red Deer in 1991. Immigrant women meet regularly at a community kitchen to plan, prepare and enjoy delicious and affordable meals. This allows time to socialize and practice language skills as well. This low cost program is open to all newcomers and each group meets once a week for 4 consecutive weeks.
