About this service
Career Assistance Network and Academic Express have developed the Job Shift Service Sector Management Program, to assist clients to capitalize on one of the few remaining high-demand sectors left in Alberta. This free program has been designed to give individuals the skills and training needed to secure higher paying supervisory and management positions in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or Retail environments.
Graduates of this program will be equipped with a wide spectrum of entry-level human resource and advanced customer services skills, in addition to training in bookkeeping, inventory control, staff management, and computer operations. In addition, those participants without a high school diploma will be be offered access to GED upgrading.
