Provides mental health assessments for older adults.
Offers services to assess mental health concerns in older adults where they live (in their homes, lodges, assisted living, supportive living, continuing care centres, and hospitals)
Services include:
- providing mental health assessments, including mental status checks
- teaching clients and their families about the signs and symptoms of mental illness, and possible treatments
- working closely with a clients doctor to decide which services are needed
- providing information on medicines and treatment
