Padnoma is a non-profit charitable organization that works with individuals with developmental disabilities. It is an agency that is, and always has been, driven by the individuals receiving services and their families. Residential, recreational and job development opportunities are tailored to the hopes, desires, and dreams of each individual. We encourage individuals to be self-advocates, to be self-determined and to be active participants in their communities. Our mission is to enrich the community through the inclusion of all citizens.
