P-CAP EE helps to reduce family breakdown and strengthen parenting capacity to ensure parents with FASD or suspected of FASD achieve a good quality of life by:
Ensuring family is safe from abuse, maltreatment and/or neglect
Ensuring family is in safe and stable housing
Supporting parents in maintaining their sobriety
Connecting family to community resources
Connecting family to mental health/addiction supports in the community
Supporting parents/children in promoting a safe and healthy environment
Enhancing families natural supports
Assisting in parenting capacity and child development
