About this organization
Our preschool is a learning centre for children ages 3 to 5 years old. The main idea is to learn through play for the 3 year olds and the 4 & 5 year old children will learn in a small kindergarten-like setting. While keeping learning activities fun, interactive, interesting and hands-on, we will integrate language arts, math, science, personal and social responsibility, creative expression, music and art in our teaching lessons, themes and centres. We will do this through the use of interaction, storybooks, manipulatives, songs, movement, puppets, crafts and science experiments.
The Alberta Government provides financial assistance to Alberta families with preschool children who are enrolled at the Okotoks Preschool Academy.
