About this service
Employment Ready Program offers basic services that provide proactive, motivational, and solution focused support to connect individuals to employment. YMCA Employment Centre supports job seekers by teaching job search / job maintenance skills, identifying and aiding in areas where an individual presents a barrier to employment, and developing comprehensive and individualized services to empower individuals to obtain employment. Services support individuals to enter/re-enter the workforce as quickly as possible and develop the necessary skills to conduct an effective work search now and in future employment/career transitions.
