About this service
An experiential ADD/ADHD Group for Children and Youth. Teaching self-regulation techniques to children & youth in both clinical and non-clinical samples has shown efficacy in reducing problematic externalizing and internalizing behaviors such as rumination, intrusive thoughts and emotional arousal.
Who can use it?
Ages 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, and 16-17
