About this service
The Home Safe Home program identifies and aims to minimize potential dangers that children may encounter in the home. Hazard symbols are defined along with discussions on common household products in which they are found. Various areas of the home are examined (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.) and the children identify probable hazards and solutions for each. Fire prevention and awareness is also included in the home safety presentation. The instructor combines lecture format with visual aids throughout the presentation.
