About this service
Provides in-home support for individuals from a few hours a day to 24 hours a day.
Service provides:
- residential programs and may include rehabilitation, behavioural supports, mental health supports; for individuals who require more care, enhanced medical care may be provided
- support for individuals within the settings of their own homes
- residential support such as personal care, medication delivery, meals, laundry, advocacy, life skills education, community activities, and personal enrichment
