About this service
Recovery Colleges (or mental health and well-being learning centres) are gathering steam in communities across Canada. These learning centres focused on mental health and well-being and are modeled after a traditional college, with large course offerings and vibrant learning environments.
But there are no tests at a Recovery College, admission is free and everyone is welcome!
Some of the Courses available are: Confront the Discomfort, Road to Recovery, Conversations that Matter, Building Better Boundaries, and Shades of Self-Disclosure.
