About this service
The Youth Hub is a systems navigation service where youth ages 13-24, including those with complex needs, can receive assistance in order to get connected with permanent housing, mental wellness and financial supports, education, employment and any other resources they may need to fully participate in community life. The Youth Outreach Workers support youth that are at risk of becoming homeless due to family conflict, as well as those currently homeless or staying in the McMan Inn Between; appropriate housing/re-housing of youth and support to the family to promote positive family functioning. Youth can access the Hub team on their own or with a support person by appointment or on a drop-in basis. The McMan Youth Hub Outreach Program is funded by Medicine Hat Community Housing Society. All services are free!
