About this service
The LYNX Recovery House provides a safe, supportive, sober, and abstinence-based transitional housing environment for up to ten individual 18+. Support is provided to adults in recovery, specifically those who have completed detox and are awaiting residential treatment as well as those who have completed residential treatment and require abstinence-based housing and healthy support transitioning back into the community. The LYNX Recovery House is not faith-based; rather, the program is rooted in the philosophies of SMART Recovery, including the use of cognitive-behavioural therapy tools to help individuals in their recovery journey. This program and services are free and open to all Albertans 18+.
