About this service
The Keep In Touch program is designed to connected individuals who are feeling lonely or disconnected with trained and screened volunteers for a friendly phone call. Volunteer callers provide support, encouragement, and referrals to resources if needed. Volunteer calls are only intended as a friendly, wellness chat.
Now accepting both participants to receive calls and volunteer callers.
