About this service
Post-natal classes provide parents a chance to meet with other parents to share mutual concerns and experiences. Each community has classes designed to meet the needs of parents and topics may include:
- adjusting to parenthood
- your babys communication
- nutrition for baby and mom
- infant health and safety
- moms health
- parenting skills
Who can use it?
It is recommended to begin the series when your baby is between 6 weeks and 3 months old
