About this service
This is where we started, serving 5-10 people hamburgers and hot dogs on the lawn of a church downtown. Our numbers have grown drastically since the downturn in the economy and we are currently serving up to 125 people each night. The most significant change to our community meals is the addition of free rides through our partnership with Border City Connects. This free transportation allows everyone the opportunity to get to one or all of our weekly meals regardless of where they live.
