About this service
The Lloydminster Interval Home provides free of charge, temporary, safe accommodation for women and children experiencing family violence or other life crisis.
Services offered include: information and support to women who are physically or emotionally abused, referrals to appropriate community resources, support programs for families and educational programs for schools and other community organizations.
The in-home programming for the women and children residing at the shelter include Breaking Free and Childs Play Program. The emergency shelter is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The length of stay can be anywhere from a few days or up to three weeks. We are here to help women and their children stay safe from family violence.
