Carleton Housing is a non-profit housing organization in Lloydminster, AB which provides affordable housing options for First Nations tenants. The Board of Directors is composed of members from 2 First Nation Bands, Onion Lake and Saulteaux First Nations.
Carleton Housing (Lloydminster) Inc. works directly with multiple organizations including but not limited to: Onion Lake Cree Nation, Saulteaux First Nation, and the CMHC (Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation) to provide affordable housing options within the City of Lloydminster and City of Battleford.
In order to rent from Carleton Housing, an application form must be filled out completely and submitted to Carleton Housing. The application process will require some personal information, such as income verification, references from previous landlords, etc If you have any questions about the application process the staff at Carleton Housing will be more than happy to help.
