YWCA Women's Residence is a permanent housing facility for women (ages 16-60) and their dependent children (max two; boys must be under age 8). Furnished single and double rooms are available for rent at reasonable rates. Women must have a source of income sufficient to pay their rent. Potential residents are either referred by HomeBase or YouthHub as part of the City of Lethbridge's Housing First Initiative or they approach YWCA Lethbridge independently. YWCA Lethbridge & District also provides residents with support to gain the skills necessary to move on to independent living. Located close to downtown and public transportation,
