About this service
COVID-19 UPDATE: Family connections program will continue to offer support to clients.
Culturally-sensitive support services for high-needs families in their home or community setting. Our Family Connections Program provides culturally-sensitive support services to high-needs families in their home and/or a community setting. The program works with youth, their families and Child Intervention Services to manage child protection concerns. Family Connections offers immediate assistance by:
- Assisting families to identify what is important to them and what is working well
- Working with the family in the home to address a variety of living and parenting issues
- Coordinating services and locating other community resources
