About this service
DaCapo - Seniors Community Access Services assist individuals to develop and maintain skills and relationships that enhance their connectivity to the community, well-being and independence. Services vary according to the strengths and anticipated needs of each individual. This program assists individuals with disabilities to develop and maintain skills and relationships that enhance their connectivity to the community, well-being and independence while leading productive, meaningful lives in their community. Services are provided within the City of Lethbridge at various locations depending on the needs. Program funding is provided by a funding source (i.e. PDD, Alberta Health Services, WCB, private). Individuals are responsible for a monthly user fee ranging from $7.50-$37.00/month depending on services accessed.
