About this service
The individual lives with a Contracted support home provider through SASH. The environment is supportive and the individual lives in a family environment. Responsibilities are varied depending on the individual receiving support and are outlined in the contract agreement. Contractors are not considered staff, but are paid monthly for the supports they provide, and are expected to fulfill their contractual obligations. Individuals pay room and board from their own income while SASH pays the contractor for services provided. Contractors will provide support and training to individuals are necessary and as indicated in the individuals Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
