About this service
Kodiak House is our newest residence tower and features 109 single suites that match sustainable design with student comfort. Each suite has a private bathroom and is furnished with a queen bed, desk and wardrobe. Kitchens are equipped with microwaves and fridges. Fifteen suites are wheelchair accessible and barrier free for students with mobility issues and are furnished with a single XL bed.
We encourage you to apply for residence as soon as you are accepted into your program. Preference goes to full-time students at Lethbridge College. Acceptance into residence is made in accordance with established procedures.
