Self-Help and Community Support Groups provide people affected by MS with an opportunity to discuss common issues related to MS, including strategies for how to cope better with the disease. The groups offer emotional support, information and practical help through the experience of others. Groups are led by MS Society volunteer or staff facilitators who ensure a safe place to freely and confidently share and express oneself about any topic relevance without any judgement.
