About this service
The Babys First Year class provides a comfortable and pressure free environment to connect with others who are also learning to navigate the adventure that is parenting. Through the duration of this course you will gain practical advice, encouragement, the opportunity to discuss questions & concerns, all the while increasing your supports and confidence as a parent.
Youll cover topics including:
- Family & emotional adjustments
- Physical development
- Food & nutrition
- Goal setting
- Common infant illness
- Parenting styles and more
