About this service
We are a multi-practitioner private practice offering counselling services to individuals, children/youth, families, and couples. Our team of highly trained therapists brings expertise and interest in addiction theory, family systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Existential Therapy. Ultimately what helps people the most in therapy is the connection they feel with their therapist and our team works diligently to constantly improve and deepen the therapeutic connection with clients so that more significant and permanent change can take place.
