About this service
Lethbridge Housing Authority offers Senior's Self Contained Apartments to low-income individuals over the age of 50.
We have Studio and 1 Bedroom Apartments, as well as 1 Bedroom Town House units, that are rented out at 30% of the Household Gross Monthly Income, which includes Natural Gas and Water - Electricity is paid separately to LHA.
An application, medical form, Notice of Tax Assessment, and confirmation of income must be submitted to be considered for Lethbridge Housing, and all applicants are assessed for their level of need. Placements are made based on the level of need of the applicant and the availability of a suitable apartment. All Lethbridge Housing properties are non-smoking, and very select few are pet friendly (upon approval of the Placement Administrator).
