About this service
This is a 12-week counselling group for people (age 18+) who have experienced abuse and trauma as a child and are struggling with anxiety, depression or other mental health concerns. We will focus on the effects of trauma and ways to foster resilience in each persons journey. You will have opportunities to explore and connect to oneself through various therapeutic and expressive art activities. We will provide a supportive environment for you to learn about yourself through your own personal process and share experiences with one another.
