About this service
G.S. Lakie has a caring and active counselling team who are very attentive to the special needs adolesants have. Individual counselling that takes place at the school level is voluntary and confidential unless a student discloses information that they have the intent to harm themselves, another person, or if someone is harming them. The Student Support Services program provides the support and information students need in acquiring skills to achieve academic, personal, and social success. We will assist parents, teachers, and administration along with outside agencies in order to provide students the support they need to be successful in school.
