Parenting doesn't come with a manual. It can bring joy but it can be challenging. Our facilitators can help you navigate raising children. Because families are different, we work with each family to best meet their needs. You can choose anything from a one on one support session to one session seminars, discussion groups and group courses. Call 403-320-4232 ext. 204 to book your one on one consultation.

Triple P Child Group: a 5 week session to provide you with a variety of tools to raise healthy, happy children.
Triple P Parenting Power Up: based on group discussion of tip sheet topics - Family Centre West
Parent Cafe: weekly group for parents while children are supervised by facilitator. Tuesdays 9:30am-11 Family Centre West
