About this service
DaCapo - Cross Disability Support Services connects individuals with complex needs and invisible disabilities to existing community resources with the purpose of engaging individuals in community life. This community based approach includes coordination, support, community capacity building, advocacy and education. This project was initiated in response to the needs of individuals that are currently falling through the cracks and would benefit from support. Services are community based. Geographical boundaries are defined as west of Taber to the B.C. border and from Vulcan south to the U.S. border. There is no direct cost to individuals being served.
