About this service
Group therapy offered to clients in the community in areas such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Coping with Anxiety, Stress Management and Pain Management. Psycho-educational groups offered to psychiatric inpatients covering topics such as stress management and living with addiction and mental health concerns. Individual and group recreation therapy offered to psychiatric inpatients to improve coping skills. Group recreation therapy provided to community clients to improve leisure and social skills
