About this service
System Navigation and Court Support exists specifically to support survivors as they navigate the justice system, and other systems in dealing with their sexual assault. We are there to advocate for survivors within the system and work to affect change on the practice level to help decrease the re-traumatization that can occur as a result of these systems. CSAC acts in a preparatory, practical and supportive role. We will assist you in preparing to meet with agencies like the police, attending meetings with the Crown, preparing applications for financial benefits and can be there with you in the court itself.
