Apply for a Habitat Home

Habitat for Humanity Lethbridge is a non-profit Christian housing organization. We build with families of all social, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. Our purpose is to build adequate homes with families who could not otherwise afford to purchase a home.

Please read the following items to see if your family meets our guidelines:

1. Your present rental housing does not meet your family's needs. It may be too costly, too small, or in poor condition.

2. You need to have lived in the Lethbridge area for at least three years.

3. At least one of the applicants has to have stable employment with one employer for at least three years.

4. Your income is low enough so that you are not able to buy a home in the usual way, for example, through a bank loan.

5. All working members of the family must include the following: - your three most recent income tax returns - letter(s) from your employer(s) detailing hours worked and current wage.
