About this organization
COVID-19 UPDATE: Lethbridge College is pleased to announce that the campus daycare reopens July 2 to serve the children of students and staff as well as the community. Tobi Horon, manager of the Hands on Early Learning Centre, says access to the daycare space and between the daycare and the rest of campus will be restricted. Special procedures and precautions have been shared with clients, and additional cleaning protocols have been adopted for the health and wellbeing of children, their families and center staff.
Our philosophy is learning through play. We believe that children learn best through play, and we structure the day to allow for opportunities for both self-directed and teacher-guided learning. Its a practice of relationships between children, families and educators, where educators and children are co-learners, co-researchers and co-imaginers.
Child care subsidies are available through the Government of Alberta child care subsidy.
Who can use it?
Children 19 months to school aged. Priority is given to Lethbridge College students.

Hands On Early Learning Center (Lethbridge College) is open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. 5 p.m..
