About this service
At Family Counselling Centres, we have abandoned the one-size-fits-all approach to mental health and wellness. We recognize that each case is acutely different than the next and that traditional office therapy may not always be the best approach in treatment.
This is why we believe in holistic wellness; an approach that considers the whole person body, mind, spirit, and emotions. We also utilize the latest research in brain development, mental health methodology, and provide referrals to those in our community who can further assist in the care of the individual seeking help.
