About this organization
I have worked with a broad range of psychological issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, physical and sexual abuse, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, anger management and group therapy.
My hope is always to provide a safe, nonjudgmental and accepting environment that empowers clients to reach their goals. Using a person-centered approach, I draw from several therapeutic
modalities, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy.
