About this service
The Countys Peace Officers routinely deal with dogs that are wandering at large. When a Peace Officer locates a dog, the animal is transported to a facility where it is housed and provided with care. A picture of the animal is also placed on an official Facebook page.
Lac La Biche Regional Humane Society (LLBRHS) developed the SNIP program to offer affordable spay and neuter options for household pets. Funded by Lac La Biche County and administered by LLBRHS, the SNIP program offers a 50% rebate on the direct spay/neuter costs for those approved as part of this program. Please note: you must reside in Lac La Biche County to be eligible for SNIP.
