About this service
Cassie's Place is Hope Haven Societys newest addition to our community. It consists of two duplexes; three units that provide affordable long-term supported transitional housing for families, and one programming unit that is staffed during business hours Monday - Friday.
Residents of Cassies Place can live in their unit for 1-3 years, and have access to an on-site Outreach Worker as well as access to other support services that Hope Haven provides. These units were developed for families in need of extra support while transitioning back into the community.
