About this service
Hinton Kids for Success (HKFS) is an out of school child care program operated out of The Guild as part of Family and Community Support Services programming for families. In addition to their mandatory, valid, and up to date First Aid, and their minimum certification as Childhood Development Assistant, all HKFS staff take part in in-house training and orientation.
Licensed and accredited child care for children kindergarten to 12 years
Monday to Friday, after school until 6 p.m. September to June
HKFS staff receive children off their school bus at Harry Collinge High School, and walk them to The Guild
Fees
- Full time care $375 per month
- Provincial subsidy available to those qualified apply for subsidy here
- Fee is tax deductible for childcare credits on Federal Tax claim
- $10 per half hour late fee
